How to Register

REGISTRATION for the 2024 Season is OPEN!!

Please see our Registration Info and Fees page for information on age divisions and season fees.

Registration in some divisions may close earlier to follow our team size policy.  Please register early!!

Only online registrations will be taken. 

Registration will close on March 15th, 2024, any registrations after this date will be subject to availability and a $25 late registration fee.  U7 and U9 registration will remain open until March 30th, 2024.

U7/U9/U11/U13/U15 Divisions require your address upon registration to be in Sherwood Park/Ardrossan.  If you wish to play with SPMSA in these divisions, and you do not hold a Sherwood Park/Ardrossan address, you will need to complete a transfer form with your local association. WHAT WE OFFER

• Offer House League teams and Provincial teams
• Pre-season clinics and pitching clinics.
• Low registration fees
• Softball seasons run from April 2024 (weather permitting) to June 2024 or till the beginning of July depending on the level your child is in
• Each child in U7/U9 will be issued a jersey for the season. Each player will need to purchase their own pants. 
• Required equipment: ball glove, running shoes or softball cleats (no metal cleats)
• Recommended equipment: personal batting helmet (with face mask/chin strap), note there will be some shared helmets available for younger divisions.  Infield face protection is also mandatory, as well pitchers are required to wear masks (mandatory) 
• For U11 division and up some games will be in Edmonton and surrounding area as part of the GEMSA league. 

Withdrawal fee:  You may withdraw from the program on and before March 15th, 2024 however a $50 fee will be charged

Refunds: There will be no refunds on or after March 30, 2024
